Customers out with the European Union automatically qualify for Tax Refunds/Value Added Tax refunds.  This is automatically calculated on the website according to the customers location.   However, it is important to note that some countries may charge an import duty tax on delivery of goods.   Please contact us for further details if required on sales@mccalls.co.uk.
McCalls  are committed to online security for our customers. Our checkout pages encrypt your credit card details using the HTTPS encryption standard (using the Secure Sockets Layer or SSL). This means that even if eavesdroppers are able to listen to the stream of data, it will be meaningless to them due to the encryption, therefore you can shop with the reassurance that your details will be totally secure.
We require a £100 deposit for made-to-measure kilts.  All other made-to-measure garments carry a 50% deposit.  Upon order confirmation we will automatically deduct this deposit from your account.   Please Note: This will only happen on ordering a made-to-measure garment.
All measurements supplied for made-to-measure kilts will be taken as correct and will be adhered to when producing your kilt.  We can not take responsibility for items not fitting due to incorrect measurement.   It is therefore very important that care is taken during self-measurement.  Measurement help is provided for your use on each individual product page.    If this procedure is followed, no alterations will be necessary.  McCalls will however, gladly alter any product if the total delivery charges are met by the customer.
 

For made to measure products delivery times may vary.   The following table outlines the approx. delivery times for individual products.

To minimise total postage costs, all products purchased will be dispatched in one single package unless otherwise requested by the customer.

 

In line with UK legislation, where goods are faulty, McCalls  will make full restitution by way of a full refund or replacement of the goods with an alternative choice.  Additionally, McCalls  will cover the cost of any additional postage incurred during the transaction of replacement or refund. The customer is entitled to a 7 day cooling off period during which the order can be cancelled and a full refund (including postage) made.

Whilst every effort is made to depict the goods accurately with product images throughout our website, McCalls  accept no responsibility for distortion of appearance due to factors such as lower quality monitors etc.

In cases where inaccurate self-measurements have been taken or where customers simply change their mind, McCalls will gladly make good the inaccuracy or change the item in question, however a charge will be made to the customer to recover any additional cost incurred by us.
